Returns and Refund Policy The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract
with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the
longer). We must be informed of cancellation in writing. If the shopper does cancel their
order, they will have the cost of the goods, excluding any delivery charges, refunded provided that the returned goods are received by us in original packaging, in saleable condition and within 20 days of their despatch by Master Lock and Safe. Faulty goods and goods sent in error will, of course, be credited in full. on all orders to most of the United Kingdom, however, due to costs
imposed on us by all carriers, we have to exclude the Isle of Wight,
Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Orkney, Shetland, The
Hebrides and the Highland region of northern Scotland.
The checkout page will display a message as follows:

shipped to your address:'
if your address falls outside the free delivery area.
For
deliveries outside the free delivery area and to addresses outside the
UK please contact us by clicking HERE. We will need the
full address including zip or postcode you would like us to ship to and
also what goods you require. We will then contact you with the cost of
shipping your order. If the extra charge is acceptable you can pay by
credit or debit card over the phone or by Paypal. If you are unsure how
to send money using Paypal, click HERE. This does not include orders for keys which are delivered free throughout the UK. The carrier may vary dependent on the goods being despatched but we would ask you to allow 10 days for delivery. We would expect , however, to despatch most stock items within 48hrs of receiving your order. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason we will inform you and, where possible, give you a delivery date by e-mail.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
